Although my favorite Dutton-Goldfield Pinot, year in and year out, is the Freestone Hill, the Sanchietti is not far behind. D-G always seems to pack their Pinots with remarkable depths of fruit, without the alcohol levels even approaching 14%. The ''07 Sanchietti is very full and ripe in feel, silky smooth and overflowing with cherry, darker berry, sweet spice, and flower aromas. Obvious sense of harmony and refinement in this wine. - HK 2012-03-20

[Louis P.  2012-05-08] I think you under rate this wine, which I prefer to the 07 Freestone Hill. Too bad they're not going to make it anymore! I think the last vintage is 2009 or 2010.  User Rating: 94.
