When first tasted a year or two ago, I found the 2007 still a bit austere, and clearly preferred the outstanding 2006. But in the most recent tasting, the 2007 was also absolutely superb - beatifully balanced, rich, long, pure. Ripe peach and poached pear fruit with a lovely dose of cinammon-like spice in the nose, mouth-coating richess without any sense of heaviness. Perfect acid balance keeps it fresh and clean. Just a joy to drink. - HK 2011-05-20
