Good wine, but a bit disappointing because we always expect a miracle from Verget's inexpensive white Burgundies. Soft mouth feel, without the acid and spirit of the typical Verget. Pleasant, round flavors of butter and butterscotch, a touch of peach, but little of the minerality normally found. Actually, maybe a little past its prime. - HK 2000-09-15
