Opaque purple youthful color. Big, effusive nose dominated by roasting meat, dried herbs, blackberry fruit. Mouth-coating texture with good length and balance. May be on the gamy side for some tasters; came down for me just on the right side of that edge. An idiosyncratic Syrah that you probably either love or hate. - HK 2021-04-04
