Soft and almost creamy in the mouth, it still maintains its crispness with mineral/steel components on top of ripe citrus fruit. Excellent with seafood. It would be criminal to serve this wine too cold since that mutes its best quatlities. On sale at $15, a good price for a Premier Cru Chablis.
