Easily my favorite of the DeLoach Chardonnay offerings in a recent tasting - more flavorful, nuanced, and interesting than the much more expensive ($45 or more) single-vineyard bottlings. The OFS is beautifully balanced and full of peach and mango fruit along with a good dose of clove/cinnamon spice and note of fresh flowers. Elegant feel, everything in harmony, nothing overdone. The price keeps edging up about 10% per year, though, so this one's getting more and more painful to pay for. - HK 2009-10-05
