As always, the Bondi strikes my palate in just about my Pinot sweet spot. The 2015 has a nose suggestive of baking black raspberry pie, blueberry, violets, Asian spices, even a touch of licorice. Full-flavored and seamless in the mouth with no hint of heaviness. - HK 2021-05-29
