This Zin starts well, with a coffee-chocolate layer over dark berry fruit. Unfortunately, it is a bit sour in the finish and somewhat short or it would rate higher. Although not a block-buster, it is certainly more interesting that many of the cabs we taste in this price range. - MJA 2002-12-20
