Sleek Zin that, at least in this tasting, leans more towards the herbal and earthy side than my favorite of the Ridge Pagani's. Still, has the flawless Ridge touch in terms of balance and food-friendliness. A year of two from peaking, it still shows savory berry flavors on top of a spicy, cedary core. - HK 2020-10-30
