Year-in and year-out, my favorite California sparkling wine. This one has aged nicely. The subtle red and white fruit flavors are slightly submerged behind a creamy surface of yeast, roasted cashews, and butter. Extremely elegant and harmonious, with no sharp edges. Unlike most California sparklers, would hang in there with the good French Champagnes, no problem. Score: 90. Retasted 1/24/08 ....
