Claret-like flavor profile, with lots of deep, dark, smoky berry and prune fruit with a touch of espresso, very rich but with no feel of over-ripeness. Big and chewy texture in the mouth, but really nicely balanced among the fruit, acid, tannin components for a wine of this size.
