Provided by one of the most esteemed Winebork patronesses, we are told this mystery wine comes from 80 year-old, head-pruned, dry-farmed vines in Morgan Hill (sourthern Santa Clara Valley). Forward, fruity nose that evolved into the classic peppery, blackberry Zin scents with a hint of raisin. Full-bodied, opaque, fruit-driven wine with a real personality.
