Absolutely clean and with no sign of off-tastes, but lacked the assertive floral character I usually associate with younger Viogniers. This one actually reminded me of a nice Albarino - clean, refreshing, with peachy pit-fruit flavors. Round, straight-ahead white that's aged extremely gracefully.
