The bubbles in this wine caress rather than assault the mouth, and the flavors are complex and full of fruit, not just yeast and acid. Rich, almost honeyed citrus and hint of apricot, with lots of red fruits coming through in the midrange and finish. Yet elegant, crisp, refreshing.
