Reluctant but classic dose of Pinot character - elegance, floral perfume, plums, dark cherry, hint of cola. Also has an attractive air of energy and an almost wild character to its pepper and sweet herb and wild berry nuances. Nicely controlled spicy notes top things off. Like the nose, a little short of intensity to me, in this tasting at least. - HK 2023-07-15
