Attractive dark ruby color. Beefy wine with nose and flavors of red licorice, cream, red currants, oak. Full bodied, flavorful, enjoyable, but somewhat rough and rustic. Suffered by comparison to some other Shiraz's tasted with it in terms of mouth feel, elegance, and finish. Fairly priced for the quality. - WB Team 2001-03-14
