Ambrosial Pinot/cherry fruit and spicy rose-like floral scents cascade across the senses. Terrific depth without the remotest suggestion of heaviness. Velvet texture from start to finish, yet it's hard to believe a wine with this much length and balance wouldn't remain great for years to come.
