This delightful wine was a new one for us. Elegant, balanced, crisp, yet unusually flavorful and complex for a California sparkler. The wine showed attractive toasty/yeasty notes, but what was most distinctive was the depth of citrus and ripe peach fruit in the flavor profile. Worth seeking out. - HK 2007-09-16
