I believe this is my favorite of the Freestone Chardonnays to date, even including the excellent 2007 and 2009. Delectably fresh, forward nose and flavors at this point (2012), highlighted by crunchy apple and stone fruit flavors and a big dose of roasted almonds and hazelnuts. Gloriously balanced and refreshing in the mouth with a long, long finish. Exceptional. - HK 2012-10-24
