One of an admirable array of cool-climate Chardonnays from Hartford, the grapes for this one come from four different Russian River locations. Though it is "only" the entry level version, it is superb. Clean, mineral-driven, but full of pear and peach fruit, vanilla, spice, and citrus blossom. Crisp and pure in the mouth and finish. - HK 2012-09-20
