Fresh springtime aromas of white flowers, citrus and toasty oak. In the mouth, ripe apples add to the richness level and grip. Not especially long or complicated, and this wine of course doesn't approach the quality level of the single-vineyard Hartford Chardonnays costing two or three times as much, but it's an awfully nice-drinking Chardonnay. - HK 2014-08-19 [Back] |
