Similar to the 2006 in power and structure, it's a blend of Shiraz, Cabernet, and Merlot with a rich and layered feel. More dominated by the Shiraz in 2007 than in 2006, there are big doses of blueberry and currant fruit, with subtle undertones of herbs, meat, and black pepper.
