Authoritatively flavored sparkler with a rich, creamy mouth feel and lots going on besides the refreshing acidity and the bubbles. The Pinot Noir in this Blanc de Noirs definitely shows through in the aromas and flavors, accompanied by ripe green apples and some yeastiness.
