Lovely feeling of purity and balance. Elegant but rich. Has a gratifying flavor intensity and a very clean and fresh mouth feel. Flavors lean towards lemon curd, spiced poached pear, honey, buttered nuts. Good balancing acidity and minerality make for a seamless impression in the mouth. Extremely easy going down.
