A beautiful Zinfandel whose fruit and richness dominate the high alcohol level. Soft, amazingly rich and full in the mouth, with a cornucopia of ripe fruit flavors - red berries, plums, piping hot berry pastry. Like many Martinelli Zins, the texture is almost liqueur like, but this one stays on the food-friendly side, if by food you're talking big and muscular. I tasted it with pizza and it wads superb. - HK 2020-09-19
