Feminine, Burgundian texture, richly flavored yet firmly structured, with no heaviness whatsoever. Raspberry and red cherry fruit with some sweet spice and smoky wood at the core; lovely rose-like perfume. Great balance and persistence, super food wine. Purchased during a Sunday night special at K&L Bistro in Sebastopol.
