A bit retiring for my taste, though it is certainly recommended. A field blend of Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, and Carignane, it displays clean, slightly briary berry fruit flavors with a touch of licorice or tar in the background adding depth, an elegant mouth feel, and good length.
