Remarkably good Syrah for the price. I believe this is another K&L "house wine" that they purchase from excellent (and often well-known) vineyards for bottling. This medium- to full-bodied wine had good roundness and length, displaying rich flavors of currants, vanilla and toast. - HK 2004-01-02
