Some nice black-peppery notes as well. Outstanding buy even though it may not measure up to the big (i.e. expensive) boys in terms of its length of complexity. In our opinion, the 2001 Dancing Bull isn't quite as good as the 2000, which we rated "astonishingly good for the price."
