The 2004, dark purple as always, has appealing aromas and flavors of blackberry, plum, and a hint of cranberry along with complex earthy/spicy/roasted herb notes, medium body (at least compared to some of the other crazy-rich wines we had this night), and a clean, dark-fruit finish. - WB Team 2007-01-13 [Back] |
