Gorgeous, rich Champagne-equivalent. Creamy smooth in the mouth, with an almost sweet feel because of its dense, complex flavors. Yeasty and toasty, but with lovely lemon and apricot flavors along with notions of crème brûlée and soft spices. A definite step up in quality from the already excellent Roederer Anderson Valley Brut. - HK 2015-03-22
