This wine is just now coming into its own - I also tried a bottle several months ago, and found it was closed and somewhat drab at that time - totally different than today. Lovely Pinot aromas show dark cherry, plum, pine resin, charcoal, rose petals. Light- to medium-bodied and silky in the mouth with unobtrusive tannin adding structure to the finish.
