Smoky cherry and cassis aromas scream from the glass and detonate in the nose. Ripe, complex, elegant corresponding flavors coat the mouth. Has a terrific, long finish with no tannic bite whatever. It is so rare to drink a Bordeaux that's truly at its peak -- not "promising", not "wait a few years, trust me".
